We accept Personal Checks, Master Card, Visa and other major credit cards. As a courtesy, we will fill out and submit your dental insurance forms for you. Reimbursement will come to you. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made in advance. Dental finance programs are available as well. We will wait for payment from the insurance carrier for 30 days. If it is not received in a timely fashion you will be billed for your services. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and the carrier. We are not a part of that relationship although we will submit the paperwork as a courtesy.
